INTRODUCTION:
On behalf of an international mid-size company, we are searching for an
Invoicing Specialist 80%

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION:
  • Your perform the EIMA invoicing activity
  • You book customer’s payment in the ERP
  • You prepare accounts reconciliations (AR) and closing folders
  • You support the accounting staff for customer and general entries
  • You provide advices to business partners and/or customers
  • You are in charge of customer’s database update
  • You assist the AR Manager in preparing and completing audits

PROFIL ATTENDU:
  • Holder of a "CFC de commerce" or Maturity
  • At least 3 years experience within an accounting department (Invoicing, AP/AR) within an international company
  • Good command of English (At least B2, first certificate)
  • Proficient with Excel
