IT Digitalization Project Specialist

You will join our IT department and become part of a multidisciplinary team in charge of the development of internal tools and automation processes.

You will be the main promotor of our new tool Doc.SERIES and will deploy the solution across all the bank. DoDoc.series is an online low-code tool that will allow Swissquote to work in a digital way with better efficience.

You will work closely with many stakeholders within the IT department and the bank like Business Operations, Legal, Compliance etc.

Your day-to-day work will include:

Ø Analysis of needs with internal users

Ø Translate current business processes to a digital version, establishment of specifications

Ø Architecture of solutions and modifications of current processes in respect of constrains

Ø Think outside of the box in order to improve current processes thanks to your curiosity and ability to lead change

Ø Once implemented, support users on Doc.SERIES

Ø Graduate with a Bachelor/Master in project management or computer science, you have a previous experience in project management

Ø You have a demonstrated interest towards the banking and financial world

Ø Excellent analytical capacities, problem solving skills

Ø Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ø Comfortable to give and receive feedbacks

Ø English proficient, good level in French
