We are offering a new position at our NORQAIN HQ in Nidau (Biel/Bienne) as of July 1st or per agreement

Tasks

Your mission:
  • Main responsibility in the project procurement of a new ERP system as well as its maintenance and further development after procurement
  • Internal sales application development and management as well as implementation of new IT-Tools
  • Application and platform management, administration and maintenance (e.g. Microsoft Azure)
  • Coordination of IT processes (internal and worldwide for our subsidiaries)
  • Management of support for the team and our subsidiaries
  • Procurement, administration and management of IT-Hardware
  • Main responsibility for IT security

Requirements

Your skills:
  • Degree in IT or Business Information Systems (HF/FH/University) or in a related field
  • Relevant experience (few years) in a similar position, of advantage in the watch industry
  • Very good knowledge in requirements engineering
  • Willingness to work within a growing company with a “builder” mindset
  • Good communication and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Open and dynamic personality, showing initiative and flexibility
  • Excellent knowledge of English as well as German or French
  • Identification with the NORQAINER spirit (adventure, outdoor sports, young & dynamic)
