IT Project Manager - Change Mangement



Experis IT Switzerland is on the search for an experienced IT Project Manager to join an Institution in the Finance Sector in Geneva. This exciting temporary opportunity is only open to candidates with relevant experience. If you’re looking to take your career to the next level, please read on.



Mission :

You’ll take in charge a transformation project to improve the collaboration betweem users, and then improvre the efficiency and the productivity.

You’ll need strong knowledge in change management.



Duties :

  • Manage all the change management process,
  • Manage the users trainings,
  • Define and set up collabortive tools to explain and put in place the changes
  • Provide trainings and presentations
  • Manage reporting and communication around the project



Profile

  • min 5 years experience in IT project Management
  • Strong experience in change management - digitalization
  • Very good skills in Microsoft collaborative tools
  • Experience with delivering trainings and presentations ,
  • Good communication and presentaion skills,
  • Fluent in French and English
