Your assignment
  • Plan and coordinate entrusted IT security projects and push topics such as governance, cyber risk and cyber compliance
  • Responsible for the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and support in global implementation of ISMS processes
  • Define, implement and monitor group-wide IT security measures
  • Identify, assess and analyze risks and further develop the risk management process, manage IT risk register, prepare risk reports and action overviews
  • Coordinate the interface between Information Security, Enterprise Risk and Data Privacy
  • Prepare and manage projects and support the Group CISO in reporting of security incidents
  • Lead team members and group-wide teams during project phases
  • Be part and represent the technical committee of the Group CISO
Your background
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable qualification. Security certifications, e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA, TISP would be an advantage.
  • Several years (min. of 5 years) of experience in IT, IT security with focus on governance, cyber risk or compliance (GRC)
  • Strong leadership, organizational and change management skills
  • Analytically strong and able to prioritize under pressure and manage multiple projects
  • High degree of independence and willingness to deal with new tasks
  • Self-driven, diligent, solution oriented and highly resilient when facing hurdles
  • Strong communicator with a convincing personality, team orientation, stakeholder management competence and intercultural experience
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal). Additional languages like German and French are preferred.
