Our Finance Department in Bad Zurzach (Switzerland) is looking for a


Global Corporate Tax Consultant (m/f/d) (100%)


In this role you will provide Corporate Tax expertise to local finance teams in countries where Triumph International operates, and you will also support with Transfer Pricing topics. You will provide Corporate Tax advice to all business units within the Group, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Monitor local country tax compliance processes to ensure compliance with local legislation and company policies
  • Assist local country Finance teams with tax audits and tax controversies, in cooperation with external consultants
  • Proactively monitor and identify potential tax issues and tax planning opportunities for Triumph’s operations, with primary focus on Corporate Tax matters
  • Support with tax accounting and reporting processes (IAS 12) and assist in preparing tax estimates and statutory tax provision calculations, and management of Effective Tax Rate
  • Support with Transfer Pricing topics
  • Provide relevant input for the quarterly calculation and review of the international tax risk provision
  • Provide advice, training, and support on tax matters to the Finance teams
  • Help to identify and minimise potential Permanent Establishment risk for entities and to minimise withholding tax and/ or transaction tax exposures
  • Plan and manage the implementation of tax-relevant projects
  • Cash tax management / forecasting, and cash tax optimisation

Your ideal profile:


  • University Degree in International Tax Law, Finance, Economics or Certified Tax Expert (CTA or equivalent)
  • 3-6-year experience in a Corporate Tax or Transfer Pricing position with a consultancy firm and/or within the tax department of a multinational company
  • Good knowledge of international Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing
  • Basic grasp of VAT and Customs matters
  • Hands-on and solution-oriented, as well as pragmatic and able to build networks and strong working relationships
  • Ability to oversee complex structures and to provide practical recommendations
  • Strong communicator and possess an ability to develop trusting and credible relationships at all levels of the business and across various teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
