Your Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain SAP material database
  • Establish the production strategy for each customer order (Make or Buy) according to the project constraints (Budget / Deadlines)
  • Support the Purchasing Department with regard to compliance, technical specifications and deadlines for complex procurements
  • Manage production orders and prioritize them in collaboration with the planning, stock and MAIT managers
  • Launch and follow-up of projects in production
  • Contribute to the weekly operations meeting and follow-up on the resulting action plans
  • Support and realize technical quotation work and carry out cost estimates
  • Participate in development phase of new products with design engineering department
  • Coordinate deadlines and resources in collaboration with the project manager with regard to assembly and testing Supervise pre-series: assembly monitoring, suggestions for improvement of operations (assembly / tools), realization of the industrialization report, follow-up of the evolutions
  • Optimize and validate the production documentation during industrialization phases
  • Manage and optimize manufacturing processes (costs/quality) and manufacturing documents and procedures
  • Analyse technical problems and develop appropriate solutions
  • Propose and manage continuous improvement projects

Your Profile
  • University degree in mechanical and/or electrical engineering or comparable
  • More than 5 years of experience in a similar area of responsibility (production and manufacturing processes) in a project environment within the framework of complex technical systems in the aerospace, medical or semiconductor technology industry
  • Experience in defining production processes
  • SAP knowledge
  • Ability to work independently, as well as effectively in a team
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • High level of enthusiasm and a passion for excellence
  • Hands-on attitude
  • Target and performance oriented; cost conscious
  • Stress resistant and persevering
