About the job

Act in three roles Architect, Manager, Orchestrator as key enabler to achieve SCB vision by providing transparency in results/performance by means of recurring and ad hoc financial planning, analysis and reporting.

• Designing and standardizing the financial planning processes & systems end-to-end ensuring global financial planning harmonization, efficiency, and effectiveness towards a state-of-the-art end-result

• Supporting a development of financial planning models around the consolidation area

• Designing ad hoc analysis on request of top management for fact-based decision making

• Planning, executing and/or leading selected special projects that require cross-functional engagement and external stakeholders, controlling project activities to fulfil objectives and satisfy project requirements

• Managing the execution of financial planning processes including Rolling Forecast, Target Setting / Budget, Mid-Term Planning and Long-Term Planning

• Acting as an internal consultant and advisor to other team members within Corporate Controlling Data & Analytics whenever profound and in-depth knowledge about financial planning is required

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• Master’s Degree in Finance or Controlling domain

• Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in a similar role

• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis on Corporate/Group Controlling level

• Experience in retail sector would be an asset

• Experience working with Anaplan and/or SAP BW, would be an asset

• Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
