About the job
Lead a team of 2 Visual Merchandising employees as part of the Retail Marketing Product Experience Team, acting as a role model as well as trusted manager for your team.
Own the Visual Merchandising and Zoning planning of our newly opening Wonderlab stores and our most precious Flagship stores in close collaboration with the Retail Architecture Team.
Defining Visual Merchandising concepts, tools, and modules for each program and every collection drop across all product categories, to bring product stories to life and via a strategic product presentation approach.
Managing a dedicated development budget responsively, taking full accountability of managing cost negotiations with suppliers in collaboration with the Procurement Team.
Steering the product selection for dedicated in store high-visibility areas to be in line with the overall zoning concept, respecting the different assortment levels of different store sizes and formats defined by the Merchandising team.
Supporting the Retail Marketing Product Experience Team in planning necessary visual assets on store level to support the product stories created with dedicated communication in line with the overall brand and campaign direction driving visual consistency across all offline consumer communication touchpoints.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
University degree, preferably in Marketing, Luxury, Retail, Architecture or Visual Merchandising
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting in Luxury sector
Excellent Project Management, Budget Planning, and Stakeholder Management skills
Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Innovative and creative approach to problems - can-do attitude
Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
Willingness to work in Zurich and support hands-on in the Swarovski Jewelry Showroom
