Reactivate your Career in Data Engineering and Architecture!

The EY Career Reactivation Program (CRP) is tailor-made to support people on reactivating their careers after a break of 1-5 years. By joining the CRP you will be onboarded within the Technology Consulting team and into a community who will ensure to smoothly guide you back to the corporate world. A coach will accompany and support you during this six-month journey to reactivate your professional career.

What we offer

EY offers you a six-month’s Career Reactivation Program during which you will be teaming up with a diverse team with various backgrounds and skills. This will be a unique opportunity for you to refresh your skills and immerse again in to the Consulting world. At the end of the program, you will get the opportunity to discuss your experience and future career options at EY by potentially transitioning into a permanent role and profiting from additional incentives.

Duration: 6 months with potential permanent employment

Location: Zurich

Workload: 60 – 100%

What you can expect – enriching experiences that will last a lifetime

• 
  You will work at the crossing between Data Analysis & Business Intelligence, Data Engineering and Data Science topics on a project basis
• Analysis and structuring of clients’ business & data requirements
• Design and implementation of data warehouses and data platforms
• Assistance in the development and optimization of clients’ data processes & data flows
• Support and consulting in specific clients’ topics (emphasis on data modeling and design, build and deliver reporting)
• Project management related activities
• You will work for interesting national and international organizations in various domains such as Supply Chain, Finance, Risk, etc. across the financial services sector
• You will learn through knowledge sharing, trainings and on the job experiences
• You will contribute to develop new propositions and innovative solutions that are responsive to market needs

What you can contribute – skills to create a better working world

• 
  You have a Master’s degree and up to 5 years of experience with data analysis and in broader terms business intelligence
• You have interest or experience in the broader data analytics and automation field: Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Process Mining, RPA, Intelligent Automation, etc.
• Experience with technologies such as:
  • analytical programming languages such as Python or R is a huge plus
  • visualization software PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire
  • SQL knowledge and firm understanding of databases
  • experience in cloud computing, preferably with Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory and Snowflake/DataBricks
• You have a flexible and pro-active attitude, strong communication skills and able to collaborate well in teams
• Business fluent in English and German
