Your tasks

• Mission
• As a specialist of CNC control systems, you’ll drive the development lifecycle from analy-sis to maintenance. Collaborate with the mechanical, electrical and software teams to execute feasibility studies, and ensure the development, stability, and scalability of cut-ting-edge solutions for our innovative machines Laser Machines. Your expertise will be crucial in advancing our technology and maintaining our commitment to excellence.
• Main activities
• Define technical solutions and test plans collaboratively with other R&D departments.
• Execute feasibility studies, development, and integration of new features for existing and future machines and their associated controllers.
• Ensure excellent stability, maintainability, and scalability of the implemented solution.
• Conduct software testing per defined Design Validation Tests, closely collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Select and integrate proven and robust solutions to reduce development time and maximize reliability.
  
  

Your profile

• Education:
• Master’s degree in control systems or equivalent.
• Experience:
• Familiarity with real-time embedded systems, motion control algorithms, kinemat-ics, and axis tuning.
• Cross-functional problem-solving with mechanical and electrical teams.
• Software development for CNC controllers.
• Knowledge of the machine tool industry, Industry 4.0 and OPCUA (a plus).
• Familiarity with Beckhoff and Twincat (a plus).
• Languages:
• Fluent in French & English.
• IT skills:
• Solid understanding of CNC and PLC systems and proficient in control theory.
• Experience with MS Visual Studio, Azure DevOps.
• Object-oriented programming (a plus).
• Personal skills:
• Analytical with global vision, result oriented logic and pragmatic.
• Curious, creative, autonomous, strong team spirit and able to work in cross-functional teams.
