The SAP FICO Business Systems Specialist and Service Delivery Manager has a key role. The job owner is responsible for managing those relevant systems to support the Financial and Controlling processes for Sales & Services / Distribution Centre companies that sell sophisticated industrial solutions, services and parts to end Customers worldwide.

Your tasks

  • Join us to manage SAP systems supporting Financial and Controlling processes for global industrial solution providers.
  • Your role involves optimizing service value streams, maintaining technical expertise, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Oversee and customize SAP FI/CO systems and potential expansions.
  • Maintain technical solution templates.
  • Service Management:
  • Optimize IT service value streams and implement best practices.
  • Contribute to major SAP transformation projects.
  • Document SAP configurations and manage Application Management Services partners.
  • Business Acumen & Stakeholder Management:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Act as a key technical advisor and bridge between business and IT.
  • Provide tech insights supporting Financial and Controlling goals.

Your profile

  • Bachelor/Master degree (Economic, Business, IT or Engineering).
  • Deep expertise and experience with proven track records in the SAP ECC – S/4HANA FI and CO modules. Relevant SAP certifications can be beneficial in demonstrating expertise and commitment to the fields.
  • Knowledge about International Financial processes knowledge in industrial and complex organization an asset.
  • Deep knowledge of the Industrial Manufacturing, Machinery, and Components (IM&C) Business Processes industry a mandatory asset.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues in SAP systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with various stakeholders and teams with strong ability to make complex solutions accessible.
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and supplier interaction is advantageous.
