Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Our Digital Business Services (DBS) covers infrastructure, applications, data & reporting, and projects, including SAP Implementations, and delivers digital solutions to support productivity, growth, and customer experience. Today, DBS provides services and solutions for a comprehensive landscape of 38 core system applications, over 2500 servers and over 19,000 End User devices.
For our global Vendor and Commercials Management department we are looking for an experienced Invoice and Budget Analyst 100% (f/m/d).

In this role, your responsibilities would include:
  • End-to-end responsibility of the purchase-to-pay process for all DBS purchases
  • Tracking of purchase requests vs budget and the tracking of invoices vs purchase orders
  • Creation of purchase requisitions and service entry sheets
  • Invoice verifications for key vendors
  • Preparation of the monthly accruals
  • Forecasting and budget planning for DBS external costs in alignment with the DBS Financial Controller and department heads
  • Identification and appropriate escalation discrepancies
  • Ownership and management of the invoice inbox and storage

What You Need to Succeed
Following requirements are necessary for this role:
  • At least 2 years of experience with financial controlling/management in an IT environment
  • You have worked with, or have some understanding of IT service/product contractual agreements
  • You take direction easily, but have initiative to drive topics or issues on your own
  • You are a good team player with the ability to work in a global and fast moving environment
  • You have a good understanding of IT processes and technologies with excellent MS Office skills (especially in Excel)
  • You have great communication and presentation skills in English
