What is a Nesternship?

A virtual internship which will allow you to boost your digital skills, entrepreneurial spirit, as well as your agility to deal

Position Summary

As a Marketing and Sales Trainee, you will support our annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives. You will provide strong support to our Key Account Management team in terms of analytics & selling stories to help them focus on business opportunities.

A day in the life of a Marketing and Sales Trainee

  • Support the Key Account Manager with executing our Customer Plan and strategies for assigned Accounts
  • Support the Brand Manager with key marketing activities
  • Facilitate excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning
  • Adhere to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, Safety and legal regulations
  • Collaborate with peer Customer Managers to share Customer best practices, liaise with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Field Sales and Supply Chain to drive Customer related initiatives

What will make you successful

  • University Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent
  • Ideally a first successful experience in Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development
  • Experience working with an FMCG is a plus
  • Excellent (Swiss) German, French and English language skills
  • Team player, full of initiatives and strong interpersonal and communication skills
