Junior Application Manager
Experis IT Switzerland is currently searching for a talented Junior Application Manager/Administrator to join one of their clients, a renowned automotive trader. This contract engagement is based in Zürich, seeking someone who is Fluent in German (spoken and written)and available immediately.
Key responsibilities
Support:
- End of Day and Month processes
- Report generation
- Data transactions
- Incident Management (ITSM)
Application Maintenance:
- Monitor and clean applications and caches
- Perform proactive application and server restarts
- Manage deployments
- Maintain user and system documentation
- Handle Problem Management (ITSM)
- Conduct Service Validation and Testing (ITSM)
- Implement minor Business Requests
Service Request Applications:
- Manage Access and Roles
- Handle Device Management (Tablets, SIM Cards)
Supplier Management:
- Track incidents
- Monitor minor developments
Technical Project Management:
- Document technical solutions (FW, interfaces, servers, etc.)
Your profile
- Further education or studies in relevant field (computer science)
- Experienced with Windows Server and Citrix Server (BIG Plus)
- Knowledge/worked with tools such as Jira/Confluence/Jira Service Desk
(Nice to Have):
- OpenLease (CiC)
- MOS (navax)
