As part of Leonardo, Kopter currently develops the AW09, a next generation single-engine helicopter that offers the largest cabin and cargo hold in its category, increased modularity and modern electronic systems. The AW09 delivers latest safety standards as well as more performance and comfort at low operating costs.Kopter is set to become Leonardo’s Centre of Excellence for new light helicopters and an incubator of new technologies, contributing to the development of hybrid and electrical propulsion systems. Kopter’s 320 talented team members are primarily based in Switzerland, near Zurich and in Mollis (Canton of Glarus).Your Responsibilities
  • Acts as a single point of contact for all employees and managers in their designated business units
  • Responsible for the entire personnel administration throughout the employee life-cycle
  • Provides a strong focus on recruiting and acts as back-up for the recruiter
  • Contributes to various HR projects e.g. HR Audit support, update policies, regulations, etc.
  • Back-up for the HR Business Partners and works closely with the whole HR Team
  • Willingness to work at our Mollis Airport office on a regular basis is preferred (1-2 days per week)
Your qualifications
  • Commercial apprenticeship (KV)
  • Further education Personalfachfrau
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Good knowledge of Swiss Labour Law and Social Security
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM and Workday an asset
  • English (spoken and written), level B2
  • German (spoken and written), level C1
