Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Rollout for 400 notebooks*/ PC’s
  • Staging
  • Shipping to users
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction in the rollout process and communicating customer requests to our management;
  • Follow up with clients as needed
  • Delivery of IT assets directly to the end user, including hardware assembly / disassembly.
  • Back up and restore user applications, data, network access, and printer mapping
  • Checking compliance with the prescribed procedures for configuration including testing of hardware and software
  • Instruction of end users in the use of the new hardware and software
  • Error analysis and correction as part of the IT rollout of hardware and software, as well as ad hoc tasks depending on the need
  • Advise and train staff on computer operations and software applications

Requirements
  • You have very good IT knowledge and already have experience in IT rollouts and IT Onsite Support
  • You have the ability to multitask and think outside of the box.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English and German
  • Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than 3 months
