Tasks and Responsibilities
  • On-site configuration, installation.
  • End-user orientation, support.
  • Servicing, repair and/or installation of IT End-User Computing (EUC) equipment and software including PCs, handheld devices, printers, POS terminals, and time clocks.
  • Serves as customer contact on technical and service-related problems.
  • Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures, using established procedures.
  • Determines most cost-effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime.
  • Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.
  • Performs general maintenance tasks and resolves less complex problems immediately, while more complex issues are identified to a higher level of support.
  • May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system.

Requirements
  • Good understanding of Information Technology; trends, products and solutions
  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar position supporting a variety of technologies and services
  • Knowledge of:
    • Windows OS (Windows 7 & 10)
    • Microsoft Office & Office 365 applications
    • PCLaptop hardware
    • PCLaptop peripherals, including printers
    • Mobile devices
  • ITIL certification and familiarity with the Service Now ticketing system is an advantage
  • Highly self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail
  • Customer focused with a passion and drive for customer satisfaction and delivering business values
  • Solid problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as willing to follow directions and best practices
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, supportive and flexible personality with quick learning ability
  • Good team player with planning and organizing skills & multi-task
  • Fluent English and French communication skills
  • Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than 3 months
