Summary

As a University Graduate joining Varian you are starting a career journey with a company that makes a difference in the world. This journey begins with learning new skills and technology and continues with you helping customers by project managing technology installation that helps more patients get cancer treatment.

When you join the Global Installation team, there will be defined curriculum where you’ll learn more about the process and what it means to be a project manager at Varian, this includes formal project management training and working with customers and internal partners.

In addition, you’ll learn about our Oncology solutions (both Hardware & Software) that helps us reach our goal of creating a world without fear of cancer. Your learning experience will include both instructor-led and on-demand learning, as well as, hands-on experience working with senior members of our Project Management team and real customer engagements, which leads to you managing your own projects with customers.

The Team

We lead product installation and other initiatives and events to support our customers and the patients they serve.

You’ll receive extensive training on how our products work, you’ll learn about the full power of our patient solutions as we combine with Siemens Healthineers (our goal is 18M patient touches in FY22), and we’ll help you grow your career and leverage your strengths every day.

• Partner with senior Project Managers to ensure assigned installations are delivered on-time and problems resolved
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the right resources in the right timeline are available to resolve problems that arise
• Grow and learn everyday including process, product, and how to deliver our best to customers
• Leverage process and tools to deliver a consistent customer experience
  

About You

We’re seeking individuals who want to help the world, have technical aptitude of how software and hardware work together, are organized and can follow process, excel at listening and communicating and want to deliver the best for the customer.

• Combination of education and experience with Software, working with Process, and Customer Service
