About the role

You are offered Our client is an emerging Swiss dermatology company dedicated to skin pigmentation. They strive at discovering, developing and bringing novel dermo-cosmetic products for skin pigmentation concerns. Reporting to the Supply Chain & Operation Manager, the Junior Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for delivering our products to customers in the most cost-effective and timely manner, as well as further optimizing our Supply Chain.

Work tasks

  • Process customer orders and coordinate shipments for Scientis Headquarters and USA subsidiary
  • Handle customer claims and consumer queries with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Manage supply planning and inventory for some fullfillment centers
  • Support Supply Chain manager in data collection, maintenance and analysis
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes
  • Other Ah-hoc requests as business evolves

We are looking for

To succeed in the role, your personal skills are:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business / Engineering
  • Ideally 1-2 years of experience in relevant position is an asset
  • Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data and Process driven
  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge of ERP systems is an asset
  • Fluency in English and French
