This role is based at our headquarters in Aaburg and reports directly to the Team Leader IT Service Desk EMEA.

Your tasks are:
  • ​​​​​​​1st and 2nd level support, on-site and remote
  • IT Introduction for new IT Users
  • User training for Franke Group Applications, e.g. MS Office 365
  • Support of mobile devices in warehouse and production
  • Advice Business in hardware and software evaluation
  • Team member of IT projects
  • User Management
  • Software provisioning
  • Hardware procurement & Support including peripherals
  • VoIP telephony (Mitel)
  • Network support (LAN)
  • Server OS maintenance
  • Citrix environment operations and support
  • Mobile devices and contracts
  • License Management
  • Local contact for Platform Services
We are looking for:
  • Relevant education e.g. ICT Specialist Diploma
  • 3 years of work experience in the IT Service Desk area
  • Broad technical skills hardware, OS & software (Microsoft, mobile devices)
  • A plus: Additional trainings for Microsoft (MCP/MTA level) and Cisco (CCT/CCNA Discovery)
  • A plus: ITIL Foundation certification
  • ICT service operations
  • Basic ITIL knowledge
  • Basic technical skills Server OS, network, storage (SAN, NAS)
  • Good general PC and client server know-how
  • Windows Clients (Desktop, Laptop und Mobile Device)
  • Windows 7 / 10 Enterprise (Client OS)
  • Windows Server 2008R2 / 2012R2 (Server OS)
  • Basic application architecture know-how
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • You are comfortable working independently, but also enjoy collaboration with your team, cooperating with IS specialists and key users
  • Open, adaptable, and communicative; you like helping people (telephone, introductions and meeting style)
  • Very good English language skills (verbal and written skills)
