Learning & Development Specialist
Switzerland, Biel

Your tasks

Collaborate with Line Managers and HR Business Partners to identify knowledge, skills, and behavior gaps. Provide advice and solutions on how to close the gaps
Bring creative solutions to close those gaps by designing and developing blended learning programs and their content, according to the defined Division Learning & Development Strategy
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to transform their knowledge into learning resources by designing and creating engaging and enjoyable solutions in multiple types of media (e.g.: gamification, e-learning, digital) or integrating curated internal & external existing content
Support Line Managers, Employees and the HR team on the efficient usage of the Learning Management System (LMS)
Provide expertise and support to LMS local/ regional admins and suggest improvements based on their feedback
Implement and manage new and existing Talent Management programs and initiatives (ex. Graduate Talent Program)
Participate and/or leads special learning-focused projects and performs activities as assigned by management.
Assist with administrative tasks where applicable.

Your profile

  • Education & Training:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant business, communication, HR or technology discipline
  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in learning technology or instructional design - an asset
  • Experience:
  • At least 3 years in Learning & Development on a similar position
  • Proven track record in designing & executing blended learning programs; creating & curating content
  • Strong instructional design competencies,
  • Knowledge of adult online learning methodologies
  • Experience with LMS (Cornerstone) and e-learning authoring tools (ex. Articulate, iSpring)
  • Experience with assessment tools or methodologies
  • Certifications Insights – an asset
  • Language:
  • Fluent in English (oral & written).
  • Fluent in at least one other language: French or German
  • IT skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in using Collaborative Tools
  • Experience in working with Learning Management Systems — an asset
  • Experience with authoring &/or visual design tools — an asset
  • Personal skills:
