BearingPoint’s experience in HR, IT and transformation help our clients solve its most important shortcomings, creating competitive advantages and ultimately help our Client to win their talent battle.
As part of our strategy to strengthen our local presence in Switzerland, you will be part of our Zurich or Geneva multidisciplinary team, with objective to become the trusted advisor of our local clients in their major transformations:
- Work in project team, under the supervision of a senior manager, to help client improve and transform their organizations and operations
- Support the project team with your expertise in one or more areas: Operational HR efficiency: Streamline internal HR processes supported by digital tools or IT systems that provide high value and make every day easier for the employees. HR omnichannel: New ways of interacting and engaging with current and future workforce, creating a seamless experience throughout the entire workforce lifecycle through several different touch points. HR digital ecosystem management platform: Develop and realize digital HR roadmaps. Everything from strategy, competency frameworks, master data models, implementation and omnichannel strategy to change management.
- Perform impactful quantitative and qualitative analysis, document preparation, research and project management
- Support the development of our customers and projects in the Romandie area
- Successful completion of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, economics or similar
- At least three years of relevant experience
- Experience in Digital transformation including people strategy, change management process and organizational optimization, enterprise application and HRIS
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills (quantitative and qualitative)
- Ability to communicate your findings and the value they bring to clients with impact orally and in writing
- Knowledge of Human Resources , either from operational or consulting experience
- Business fluent in French or German and English, both written and spoken
- Enthusiastic and proactive personality
