The Launch Planning & Execution Analyst is responsible for supplying support to the seamless planning and execution of new product launches leveraging Alcon’s governance, processes and tools.

Working cross-functionally on product launch projects; this position would suit those early in their career with experience working within an international and highly matrix organization with an interest in project management and process improvement.

This position will be based in our Geneva office.

Major Accountabilities
  • Improve and automate existing tools and processes i.e. Innovation master plan and BOP tools
  • Support Business Operation Planning (BOP) process forward through monthly BOP Meetings with Top 12 markets
  • Support Plan, schedule, manage the geographic expansion of new product launches
  • Support orchestration of the Innovation Master Plan portfolio for all VC Categories and all International Markets
  • Alcon’s governance, processes and tools
Experience & Competencies
  • Experience from previous assignments in international organizations
  • Project management experience/ knowledge
  • Advanced skills on Excel, VBA and Access/databases are a plus
  • Analytical skills (problem structuring and problem solving) and ability to handle complex analyses
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity to learn to operate cross-functionally in an international organization
  • Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree, ideally Engineering or Management or similar
  • Fluency in English, other European languages are a plus
