Logistic Operation Specialist

Your tasks

  • Ensure daily automatic outbound delivery creation process is operating efficiently and without interruptions
  • Manual outbound delivery creation for relevant materials which are on allocation
  • Inbound shipment monitoring and tracking of custom build devices
  • Monitoring of failed SAP IDOCs
  • Manual back order rescheduling
  • Review old deliveries from various distribution centers
  • Monitor logistics team inbox (Group Company Communication)
  • Continuously monitor and ensure SAP returns / refused shipment transactions are correctly processed and in a timely manner
  • In general help out with required logistics execution team tasks

Your profile

  • Commercial education (KV) or logistics related education
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience in logistics functions with an emphasis on pick pack ship and customer service
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Very good SAP sales and distribution knowledge, especially around SAP “Logistics Execution” knowledge (VL01N, VL10A, VL06O etc.)
  • Good working knowledge of SAP BI reporting
  • Demonstrate integrity and dedication and have a positive work attitude and strong work ethic
  • Very good English both written and spoken, any other language is an asset
