Analytical Development/Quality Control Scientist

Join our Pharmaceutical client in the Basel area on a 12 month contract basis (potentially longer) in their Analytical Development and Quality Control Team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of analysts with strong management skills.
  • Utilize technical expertise in HPLC, dissolution
  • Coordinate lab activities for timely project delivery.
  • Maintenaince of lab costs, lab stock
  • Train analysts, ensuring high GMP standards.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, lean management

Requirements

  • Strong analytical chemistry background, knowledge of GMP/regulatory requirements.
  • Broad understanding of synthetic chemistry, drug substance processing, formulation development.
  • Experience in analytical testing for various drug substances and products.
  • Effective management in a matrix system, attention to detail.
