For our Operations Sustainability team in Lausanne, Switzerland, we are therefore looking for a Manager Operations Sustainability Engagement & Capability Building.

In this position you will
  • Manage internal and external partner engagement strategy in Operations (incl. speaker management for events).
  • Own & participate in key external partner engagements (incl. working groups).
  • Own core communication (internally and externally).
  • Lead change management to embed and ensure Sustainability is in the DNA of Ops employees.
  • Co-create the internal capability strategy and development approach in collaboration with central capability team.
  • Develop or procure specialists to deliver training / development intervention.
  • Support set up of the Sustainability Champions and Ambassadors network.
  • Stay abreast of global macro trends in social sustainability and environmental sustainability.
  • Provide input to the social and environmental pillars strategies (including the outside-in).
  • Identify and develop pipeline of ideas.
We’re looking for someone with
  • Strong knowledge and Skills on Communications, Business Management, or closely related field
  • 10 years minimum of professional experience including 3-5 years working on change management and capability building in sustainability;
  • Confirmed experience in stakeholder engagement
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability standards, indices, networks and coalitions
  • Demonstrated People Leadership and communication skills, ability to stand alone and interact with senior management
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to build lasting relationships across multiple layers in the organization
  • Proven record in developing capability building or learning and development programs
  • Abreast of macro trends in social and environmental sustainability
  • Strong ability to build network
