Your ‘day to day’

As a Manager Strategic Planning, you will lead development, deployment and communication of Corporate Quality strategy, keep abreast of quality management trends, assess associated implications and ensure strategic adoption, engage with decision makers to establish alignment and fit with company strategies, ensure systematic tracking of results delivery against Quality Strategy and targets.

More specifically, you’ll
  • Lead the strategy definition process engaging with Quality leadership teams, and decision makers to establish alignment and strategic corporate fit. Contribute to definition and implementation of company-wide strategies to drive quality, cost-effectiveness, competitiveness and compliance of systems and processes.
  • Communicate and deploy Quality strategy internally and align across PMI functions to ensure understanding. Build effective networks relationship across the business to achieve support in driving Quality strategic agenda. Design and coordinates internal communication to ensure understanding and support to achieve common goals.
  • Drive development of master plans to ensure alignment of initiatives and objectives with overall strategy. Create line of sight between individual contribution and Corporate Quality goals. Coordinate prioritization with management team regularly to ensure allocation of resources on the right priorities accordingly.
  • Define and implement relevant tracking / reporting, metrics and review mechanisms to track results delivery systematically. Identify and address performance gaps in a timely manner.
  • Scan horizon to identify quality management trends, associated implications, and ensure strategic adoption to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide business risk/benefit analysis and insights backed by data to support decision making and prioritization process and ensure that projects meet long term strategies.
  • Coordinate leadership team drumbeat securing inputs from functional areas. Develop and coordinate presentations and materials needed for internal and external engagements or meetings.
Who we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences areas, Engineering, Business Management, specialization in Quality Management a plus.
  • Substantial experience in quality management / planning / R&D. Experience in Strategy development / deployment would be a plus.
  • Strong strategic / critical thinking, problem solving and analytics capabilities. Ability to connect with, mobilize and influence stakeholders. Self-driven, curious, and solution focused.
  • Demonstrated project/program management skills.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
