Our bold ambition in Oncology is to help patients by eliminating cancer as a cause of death, with the aim of bringing ten new cancer medicines to patients between by 2023. A broad pipeline of next-generation medicines is focused principally on disease areas - Breast, Ovarian, Lung, GI/GU and Hematological cancers.

What You’ll Do

In this exciting role, you will drive the market access goals for the assigned product portfolio in oncology.

Main tasks
  • To develop and execute the reimbursement strategy for our oncology products, which involves leading and implementing pricing, reimbursement, and negotiation strategies, as well as developing the BAG dossier.
  • Planning and implementing innovative pricing models.
  • Lead the internal governance process for price approval.
  • Develop pricing scenarios as part of life cycle management.
  • Represent the local Market Access team in global and regional working groups, as well as in local interdisciplinary teams.
Profile
  • Experience in either the pharmaceutical industry (preferably in market access) or experience in other related fields such as consultancy, regulatory bodies, insurance companies or hospital management, etc.
  • Scientific or economic degree.
  • You excel in strategic and analytical thinking and your outstanding interpersonal skills allow you to optimally communicate information in a clear and targeted manner.
  • Your empathetic nature sets you apart by allowing you to view situations from the perspective of our stakeholders and partners, which enables you to anticipate and address their needs in a focused manner.
  • You consistently strive for innovation and search for ways to improve processes, while refusing to simply accept the status quo.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Swiss healthcare system.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written German and English.
