We are currently recruiting a Market Access & Pricing Lead for our Headquarters in Geneva to support our continued growth and ambitious strategy. In this role – reporting directly to the Chief Business Development Officer – you autonomously set up and develop the global Market Access & Pricing function at OM Pharma. You act both as a hands-on expert and a strategic leader. Following OM entrepreneurial spirit, your main task is not to make countless PowerPoint slides but to ensure actively that OM products are and will be available to patients in need across the world.

Your Responsibilities Include
  • Develop and implement market access strategy, including strategic imperatives and priorities at a global level, especially for key markets such as US, EU and China
  • Monitor the current and evolving requirements, emerging healthcare trends and provide strategic input for business development
  • Work with internal and external experts to identify and understand unmet payer and policymaker needs for assigned product lines and/or markets
  • Shape and influence healthcare policies to improve Patient Access by leveraging best practices, existing evidence, and/or by working with Clinical, Medical Affairs and HEOR teams to create new evidence
  • Develop value proposition, price strategy and key value toolkit content to support the communication of the key messages to the right stakeholders
  • Develop access strategy and incorporation to market acceleration and penetration plan in the key markets to expand geographic footprint

For this role, we are looking for a candidate with excellent leadership skills and hands-on capabilities, bringing the following competencies:
  • Master or PhD in Healthcare, Life Science, Business Management or similar
  • At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare area such as patient access, marketing, government affairs/public policy, patient advocacy, pricing, reimbursement, or medical affairs
  • At least 3 years in market access and pricing at a global level
  • Experience in US & China markets is an asset
  • Fluency in English both in oral and written conversation. Knowledge in French is a plus.
  • Open to travel up to 10% of the time

You demonstrate a strong customer orientation and feel comfortable in a leader position, where you make decisions and take initiatives to move things forward. You are an innovative, determined, and assertive person, who can work efficiently on your own as well as in cross-functional teams. You have a proven track record in defining market access strategies and in negotiating with different functions. Your negotiation ability, analytical skills and strategic thinking enable you to achieve performance.
