Optotune is a fast growing and internationally active optics company based in Dietikon, Switzerland. We develop, manufacture and market the latest generation of adaptive optical elements for industrial and consumer markets. You will own the Marketing for our sister company NEXTLENS.

Tasks

  • Define the short-, medium- and long-term brand marketing strategy and vision in cooperation with the executive board
  • Develop brand guidelines and key brand assets
  • Define content strategies that express our positioning, values and growth objectives
  • Develop targeted communication concepts and campaigns for all defined personas including investors
  • Produce targeted and engaging content for all channels
  • Act as a communications & content sparring partner to achieve our common growth objectives
Requirements

  • Bachelor / Master (Uni or FH) with focus on marketing, communication or brand management
  • Several years of professional experience in marketing communications and brand & content management
  • Experience in industrial companies advantageous, B2B
  • Independent, entrepreneurial work and action as well as strategic work and pragmatic implementation skills
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity and clear customer understanding
  • Very good communication and presentation skills as well as a professional appearance
  • Very good knowledge of English, German is advantageous
