  • Optotune is a strongly growing and internationally active optics company based in Dietikon, Switzerland. We develop, manufacture and market the latest generation of adaptive optical elements for industrial and consumer markets.
Aufgaben

  • Build a performing and service-oriented finance, administration and IT organization, spanning several international locations
  • Actively lead the finance and administration team. Select, develop and inspire an excellent team of professionals
  • Manage all aspects of the business plan and budget, ensure treasury, cash pooling, and monthly reporting according to Swiss GAAP FER
  • Economic strategy and forecasting
  • Own the business plan, update as needed and work together with investors, board & business development
  • Enable growth by setting up an optimized company structure with foreign legal entities
  • Own Investor Relationship, organize road shows, fundraising, keep an updated data room and manage these stake holders including banks
  • Make sure that we have a secure, robust, efficient, state-of-the-art and smoothly running IT especially in production
  • Member of the company management team for the consumer market
Qualifikation

  • 10 years of professional experience in accounting and administration in high-tech companies is a must
  • Degree in finance and/or accounting
  • Engineering background is a big plus, or experience in a producing company preferably with exposure to the consumer electronics industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills
  • Structured, well-organized, proactive and result oriented
  • Agile, growth oriented and experienced in the capital markets
  • Excellent knowledge in English and German
