- Source and activate the right local launch events in accordance with brand positioning.
- Develop and implement event concepts for product launch, retail, partnership, training and commercial roadshows.
- Develop and activate partnerships at local level.
- Implementing VM concepts for our boutiques, wholesale and out of store events.
- Identify relevant trade marketing supports and other optimization in the retail network.
- In charge of VM material orders and production if locally requested.
- Brief agencies, our decorator and third parties for diverse marketing tools and visual production.
- Maintain a calendar of visit in the country with dedicated time for review, shop visits, and sales team motivation to keep Tag Heuer on top of everyone mind.
- Hacking of traditional way of working: reinventing our partnerships while building strong relationship of trust with our wholesalers / partners to insure flawless implementation of the plan.
- Be connected and stay aware of your markets trends to identify new & disruptive opportunities.
- Implement digital strategies in line with HQ requirements and brief agencies accordingly.
- Supervising newsletters for the country ensuring segmentation for each activation (CH and retail database).
- Create content for local events and clienteling retail activations.
- Analyze efficiency of each activation (traffic, acquisition, ROI) and adjust accordingly using synergies and implementing best practices.
- Master degree in Marketing Communication or Business Development
- 4+ years’ experience in marketing and digital transformation (Luxury, Sport or Cosmetics industries are a plus)
- Fluent in French, German and English. Swiss German is a plus.
- Proven good understanding of the luxury environment
- Delivered brand and category growth for premium brands – in mature market conditions
- Strong negotiation skills & Inspirational personality to drive projects
- Excel and Power Point expertise is needed – Photoshop is a plus
