For this reason, we are looking for a Marketing Partnerships & Activations Specialist at our Headquarters in lausanne, Switzerland. You will join the Global Marketing team reporting directly to the Head of the Department and responsible for growing business from the partnerships and offline activations segment from both new and existing initiatives.

To be successful in this role, we’re looking for highly motivated candidates with a solid commercial background and experience in working with B2B customers, preferably in the FMCG industry, with demonstrable experience in developing commercial partnerships and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks

Your mission
  • Be a brand ambassador and build our business in Switzerland and markets abroad.
  • Successful performance is measured against the achievement of targets and KPI’s as part of the annual company objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and prospects.
  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities to build a strong pipeline and target list.
  • Research and analyse commercial opportunities and be able to create pricing programmes.
  • Collect and analyse information and prepare development plans, data and reports
  • Stay current with trends and competition to identify improvements or recommend new tactics to drive incremental value and meet financial targets.
  • Develop specific collaterals for partnerships and offline activations.
  • Meet with potential partners to determine their needs (digital and face-to-face).
Requirements

Your weapons
  • English and German fluent spoken and written is a must, either French and/or Italian are a plus.
  • Experience in sales with the ability to use data to conduct business analysis and build cases
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence one’s audience with impact
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
  • Fast learner and quick thinker
  • Ambition to learn more about the marketing partnerships and activations tactics
