We are currently seeking a dynamic trainee to join our Global & Regional Marketing team.

Your role


  • Provide full support to global and regional marketing activities.
  • Manage marketing collateral to support events, in line with objectives and compliance guidelines.
  • Help to finalise various contracts (speakers, venues, catering, etc.).
  • Help with budget management and tracking against agreed objectives.
  • Search and find locations.
  • Create invitations and event websites in line with brand guidelines.
  • Attend clients events.

Your profile


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of French and English.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
  • Willingness to take on diverse tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic setting.
  • Must be resident in Switzerland.
