Our new startup, "LIV Lounge," seeks to become the leading player for high-quality longevity-related diagnostics and therapies focusing on extending healthspan and lifespan. The walk-in stores/’clinics’ offer scientifically proven rejuvenation interventions in high street locations.

The Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Medical Doctor to lead and manage our first Longevity Walk-In Clinic in Zürich (opening summer 2023). The Medical Director will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations and implementing best practices to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Tasks And Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including patient care, staff management
• Develop and implement protocols and policies to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, develop partnerships with healthcare providers and other stakeholders
• Co-develop, test, and refine our medical program with our Co-Founders
• Educate and train staff on current best practices and evidence-based guidelines
• Participate in the development and implementation of marketing and outreach efforts to promote the clinic and its services
• Co-develop and implement measures to increase customer lifetime value incl. adjusted product and service offering, improved communication and marketing or similar
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
  
  

You’ll Fit Great With These Skills And Values

• Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited medical school
• Current medical licensure (ZSR Number in Kanton Zürich)
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, ideally with a focus on internal medicine, geriatric and preventative medicine
• Interest/passion in digital medicine
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
• You are a bold, curious, and mission-driven and passionate physician equipped with strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with patients, staff, and other healthcare providers
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in longevity medicine
• You have a passion for preventative care, health, fitness, longevity, and being part of a company with the aim to increase health and life spans
