Duties and responsibilities:

We are looking for a Motion & Web Designer to shape and scale the digital execution of performance marketing campaigns, website and email marketing designs for yallo.ch and Lebara.ch.

• Concept and execution of communication assets for performance advertising, social media, display, emailing and websites (yallo.ch, Lebara.ch)
• Work with animations, motion graphics and other moving output
• Take responsibility for our programmatic campaign excellence
• Collaborate with external Agencies, to establish a clear and concise brand voice, tone, and personality
• Collaborate with UX Design to create and maintain a cohesive and consistent brand experience across all touch points
• Monitor trends to proactively identify opportunities to promote best in class behavior
• Drive conversion and push the digital product in collaboration with sales and marketing.

What we look for in an applicant:

• Bachelors’ degree preferred
• Min. 3 years of digital marketing experience in sales roles or writing for websites, blogs or social media
• Proficient in Adobe photoshop, creative suite, aftereffects, HTML5 animations
• Solid knowledge and experience in E-commerce, performance advertising and Web optimized assets to coordinate efforts and scale activities for yallo and Lebara brands
• Strong communication skills, accountability and “getting things done” attitude
• Up to date with latest trends and best practices in online and social media marketing
• English proficiency, any other swiss national language is a plus.
