Position Summary

As a Nutrition Internal Engagement Lead, you will lead the internal engagement strategy to create one community within the Nutrition Business network to engage, inform and motivate employees in pursuit of a shared strategic vision and goals and build the reputation of our business and brands internally.

A Day in the Life of a Nutrition Internal Engagement Lead
  • Drive the internal engagement strategy
  • Develop and execute the annual employee engagement plan to support the roll out of the SBU narrative
  • Set up the framework to ensure flawless communication across internal channels, functions and business within the SBU and markets
  • Develop internal communication content for key business leaders (e.g. Nutrition SBU Head) and ensure execution in a timely manner - aligned with Corporate and business milestones/ communication plan
  • Design and produce communication and ambassador programs tailored to the diverse employee groupings (Nutrition community and global employee) to build the reputation
  • Manage different internal communication channels to ensure consistency of messages and humanized tone of voice
  • Provide guidance to support markets in communicating the SBU narrative through toolkits
  • Equip and advise various leaders and support them in their communication and employee engagement in line with the internal strategy and plan
  • Provide expertise for specific internal projects, initiatives and communication
  • Develop outstanding creative material to support the internal communication aligned with Nestlé principles
  • Manage external agencies/suppliers work
  • Coordinate with other internal communication experts beyond Nutrition

What Will Make You Successful
  • 7+ years’ experience in consumer and/or corporate communication at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG or 7+ years of employee engagement and brand reputation in organizations
  • Experience in managing community projects and change management
  • Experience in digital & social media management desirable
  • Track record in ability to communicate, engage people and influence people
  • IT, e-communications and online publishing tools skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Project Management skills desirable
  • Fluent in English
