As part of our Global Operation Excellence organisation we are looking for Operational Excellence Project Director for Biologic Operations to support our Biologics OE Leader. You work with functional leaders to establish continuous improvement goals & act as a liaison with finance to build improvement budgets & validate actual improvement ROI results.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Operational Excellence Project Director is responsible to support the Biologics OE Lead in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on continuous improvement-related topics. The position will also include the delivery and or support to complex projects within the designated business area/site as required.
  • You support and contribute the sites operational excellence strategy and works within the organization to deliver it. In this role, you will exhibits team leadership as a problem solver, identifying and delivering improvements that significantly contribute to the sites strategic goals.
  • You act as a change agent through stakeholder management earning buy-in & support and is able to show a clear return of investment to the organization.
  • Work with the team to uncover and assess lean opportunities; helping to prioritise those projects with greatest benefit and support delivery with well executed sustainable steps
  • Mentor responsibility for the GB professionals on organizational improvement projects. You lead and coach a cross-functional team comprising of GB and YB professionals in six sigma projects, train and share your experiences with the yellow belts & green belts and input into OE standard work and materials.
Requirements
  • Master in Science / Engineering
  • Master Black Belt Lean Six Sigma plus minimum 5 years of experiences in operational Excellence
  • Understand and facilitate the mapping processes, consider these in context of lean and six sigma, enable the team to deliver effective solutions
  • Experiences as mentor, coach or trainer for the Biologics OE colleague through project management including green belts in Lean / Lean Six Sigma methodology and improvement/problem solving workshops
  • Hands on experiences with lean concepts such as 5s, A3, PDCA, standard work, DMAIC, problem solving, visual management & the creation of lean flow in their daily work
  • Knowing the Biologics Pharma technologies is a plus.
  • Fluent in English
