WHO YOU ARE

• You have a University level education or proven knowledge of risk management, as well as 3 years of experience, preferably in the field of risk management, internal controls, compliance, and/or business operations.
• You have excellent stakeholder management, communication, listening, and influencing skills.
• You can make balanced decisions that consider a different business, personal, and ethical perspectives.
• You have a working knowledge of profiling, modeling, analyzing, and reporting all data across multiple channels to provide insights for business purposes and decision-making.
• You are motivated to drive business growth and work together to contribute to overall success and results as well as work very independently.
• You have an understanding of the risk management process, internal controls, compliance in a business environment, and a general understanding of creating a plan or framework for programs and work structures.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Define and conduct compliance verification activities, monitor internal controls effectiveness and efficiency, and feedback deviations to risk and control owners.
• Monitor and analyse risk and compliance data to identify, act and follow up on insights.
• Secure the right competence and knowledge in units and country organisations by facilitating learning activities and competence networks.
• Operate and validate integrated global Risk & Compliance frameworks and adapt if needed due to local regulation and legislation.
• Conduct and facilitate tactical and operational risk assessment, develop and monitor risk mitigation.
• Secure and improve risk and compliance data quality to support informed decision-making.
