WHO YOU ARE
AT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE

• Ability to analyze and translate data, perform situational simulation and provide insights to develop business strategies and tactical plans assuring the operational performance.

. Entrepreneurial, with strong IKEA values and systems knowledges.

• An analytical approach with experience of data hunting and characterized by data-driven decision-making that you apply to how you resolve problems.

• Experience of working in a customer-oriented business and with a strong experience of working in a logistics area managing supply chain tools and working methods.

• Ability to master Excel, Qliksense, Power BI and ISOM (IBM Sterling) with big sets of data and within a complex and evolving parameter setting dashboard.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders of different seniority levels across the organisation.

• Ability to work together as a team and to engage your coworkers by creating a passion for your plans and the objectives to achieve.

• Ability to communicate confidently and fluently in English. Others language is a bonus

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creating an efficient and effective configuration of the order management system architecture to support ideal range allocation and outbound customer orders allocation.

. You will proactively interact with relevant stakeholders to ensure that all business factors are considered to excellently fulfil the customer promise.

• Suggest and bring forward analysis to steer these decisions, bringing on the table all causing and deriving elements, such as capacity utilisation, agreed goals on availability, lead time promise at lowest cost, customer expectations, thus supporting a seamless shopping experience and a great quality in meeting with the customer.

• Set the relevant parameters throughout the system, check the effectiveness, analyse the effect and provide follow ups to verify the impact of the decisions on the country supply chain logistic networks and on customer experience,
with offered lead time to the customer as a mantra.

• Developing market improvements in working methods, systems and tools and for implementing global routines, systems solutions and ways of working with all partners in the Supply Chain, Retail and Customer Fulfilment on the market, in close cooperation and co-creation with the Group Customer Order Team to secure continuous improvement.

• Responsible for ensuring the right information flow and effective communication to all relevant stakeholders and for the alignment with the group organisation and other business partners and stakeholders on relevant topics.

• Considering the parameters connected to the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda on the market in the range allocation process across all touchpoints.
