Partnership & Value Realization Manager

The Yara Farming Solution Europe team is a regional team to drive the business transformation and deliver on the European strategy together with the local markets. Reporting to the Director, Sustainability & Food Chain Europe, we are looking for an experienced Partnership & Value Realization Manager.This position can be based in any European country (although Geneva/Brussels/Paris are preferred locations).


The role will support and coordinate the Value Realization on key partnership for our Sustainability & Food Chain agenda in the European region and continually supports the animation pipeline of Food Chain Partnerships with the markets.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Value Realization Program with the markets/key stakeholders to enable to delivery of the partnerships’ targets.
  • Understand the voice of the partners involved, provide guidance to the market to help delivering on the partnership’s objectives with tangible results & impact.
  • Define, own & execute the partnership value realization program and taking responsibility for the overall implementation at best pace to driving long-term value.
  • Work with the strategic partners groups and coordinate the execution of the partnership program across the markets involved and align implementation strategy with value chain partners, farmers, and market capabilities.

Profile

  • University degree in Agriculture/Economics/Marketing/Business/Sustainability
  • Experience working on sustainability engagements in one or more industries which are leading the sustainability transformation including: Agribusiness (food value chain, agricultural inputs, Retail…) and Energy
  • Knowledge about farm sustainability, sustainable and smart agriculture and decarbonization; good understanding of the contributions of the food industry to the climate crisis
  • Experience in partnership building, commercial & financial structuring and strategic development and managing growth-oriented partnerships and value realization
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to build and prove effective business cases
  • Experience in preparing and facilitating workshops with large audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: able to collaborate well within diverse teams in complex strategy engagements; relationship building at all levels; clear and engaging communication
  • Fluent in English
