Payroll Consultant (f/m/d)

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

The Payroll Consultant (f/m/d) is responsible for an accurate and timely payroll processing for all SAP entities within Switzerland. Moreover, we engage in, both global and local, projects to improve our services, processes, and systems. This role has a strong focus on equity program management.

Responsibilities Also Include The Following
  • Support Payroll tasks, including but not limited to, competencies in tax, social security, maternity, paternity etc.
  • Provide advice and support to employees, peers, stakeholders, HR colleagues, and managers, especially on country-specific topics, policies, and local laws
  • Subject matter expert for non-standard cases and processes
  • Payroll reporting for compliance, reconciliation, audit for internal and external stakeholders
  • Alignment with third parties and external authorities
  • Monitoring of defined audit points of payroll transaction services to fulfill legal requirements
  • Support implementations of payroll relevant project activities
  • Administration of equity program across multiple countries, training will be given
YOUR PROFILE
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in payroll administration
  • Good knowledge of Swiss Payroll law, equity practices and processes is desirable but not essential as training will be given
  • SAP payroll system knowledge (HCM) is preferred but not essential
  • Competent written and spoken English with German or French fluency
  • Experience in working within an HR customer orientated environment is mandatory
  • Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • University degree or comparable education/experience preferably in Payroll Accounting, Business or Human Resources Administration
  • Languages – English mandatory alongside one other CH language, French, German, Italian
About The Team
  • The Swiss Payroll team is responsible for the monthly accurate and timely processing of all SAP employees located in Switzerland for all entities.
  • The existing team consists of 2 employees who are Zurich office based and process the payroll and all supporting tasks to ensure compliant payroll processing.
  • The team is professional engaged, supportive, inclusive, and collaborative.
The role is Zurich office based (Airport, the Circle) with home working permitted.
