  • Gestion et responsabilité des salaires y compris la gestion du temps
  • Etablissement des clôtures mensuelles ainsi que celle annuelle
  • Responsabilité et suivi des partenaires externes
  • Personne de contact pour toutes les questions liées aux salaires, assurances sociales ainsi que la gestion de temps
  • Collaboration étroite avec le département de Finance, coordination interface HR/FI
  • Optimisation et automation des processus
Votre Profil
  • Formation commerciale avec une formation complémentaire en ressources humaines (brevet fédéral en ressources humaines, spécialiste payroll, brevet en assurances sociales) ou spécialiste en finance et comptabilité
  • Méthode de travail rigoureuse, précise avec une forte autonomie
  • Sens élevé de la responsabilité
  • Très bonnes connaissances de SAP, PeopleSoft ainsi que MS-Office
  • Très bonnes connaissances du français et de l’allemand, bonne connaissance en anglais serait un avantage
Ihre Aufgaben
  • Abwicklung und Verantwortung der gesamten Lohnbuchhaltung inklusive der Zeitwirtschaft
  • Erstellung Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse
  • Ansprechpartner für Sozialversicherungen und Behörden
  • Beratung und Unterstützung bei Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften zu Themen der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, Sozialversicherungen und Zeitmanagement
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finanzbuch-haltungsteam, Abstimmung Schnittstelle HR/FI
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung des Prozesses inkl. Automatisierung
Ihr Profil
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung und HR-Weiterbildung (z. B. HR-Fachperson, Payroll-Spezialist, Sozialver-sicherungsfachperson) oder Finanzbuchhalter/in
  • Ausgewiesene fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Exakte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung
  • Belastbare und flexible Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP, PeopleSoft sowie den MS-Office Programmen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
Location ProfileNovelis’ Sierre is located in the Valais of Switzerland employing around 500 people. It mainly focuses on production of aluminium sheet for the automotive market covering the entire process from casting to finishing. The plant also hosts a world-leading Research & Innovation Center specialized in development of new automotive sheet alloys surface treatment and joining technologies. Sierre is nicknamed the “City of the Sun” with an average of 300 days of sunshine in proximity to skiing resorts and famous for its cheese and wine. The Sierre plant supports its community through direct sponsorship of many annual events promoting education sports and culture. In addition it supports student project at technical and high schools.
