As our People Operations Partner (f/m/d) your mission is to create and maintain scalable processes and a great employee experience towards our employees, ensuring all employment relevant issues (like Payroll, Insurance, Pension) and other employee queries are solved complaint and in a timely manner.

The exciting opportunity we have to offer:

  • Responsible for employee life cycle management processes such as onboarding, termination, personal data changes, internal transfers, all kind of employee documentation according to local legislation.
  • Partner with our external payroll provider as well as pensions companies and preparation of all necessary payroll files and inputs.
  • Answer all queries from employees regarding People policies and procedures.

What will help you to be successful in this role:

  • Knowledgable working in HRIS systems
  • 4+ years of HR operations work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and procedures, employment relations and HR information systems.
  • Knowledge of Swiss employment law
  • Fluent German and English, both spoken and written.
