Your responsibilities
  • Guarantee high and stable yield in production
  • Analysis of yield detractors and deriving a yield roadmap
  • Coordination of yield improvement projects including process and maintenance engineering
  • Definition of new articles in SAP including routers and bill of material
  • Support Research and Development in product development projects
  • Support Quality in customers return handling
  • Documentation and presentation of the results
Your background
  • Engineering degree (MSc/PhD) in a technical field, such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or materials science
  • Good understanding of power semiconductors is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis tools
  • Quick learning ability and shown hands-on mentality
  • Fluency in English, solid spoken and written German
  • Good communicator with a highly collaborative approach to work
