To continue our successful journey, we are looking for aProduct Manager to complete the Marketing department of our Swiss Affiliate, based in Fribourg. In this position, you report directly to the Head of Marketing Swiss Affiliate and work in close collaboration with Medical Affairs, Sales, Regulatory and Market Access. Your mission is to define and implement a successful strategy to develop further on the Swiss Market for major brands of the company within our Respiratory portfolio.Your Main Responsibilities Include
  • Create, develop, implement and manage the Brand strategy, including advertising and promotion to support the growth of your brands
  • Manage budget, demand planning and forecasting
  • Drive and coordinate all marketing activities and tactics to promote the brands while working as Brand Team Lead in a cross functional team
  • Create impactful customer interactions through both existing and emerging relationship-marketing and digital communications strategies
  • Leverage and orchestrate omnichannel marketing activities to optimally deploy digital and offline marketing campaigns and other customer engagements
  • Develop and execute marketing communications tactics within the brand messaging strategy to build disease and brand awareness
  • Develop and promote consistently with brand identity, tone, and voice across all platforms to ensure clarity and impact in the market
To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
  • Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, Economy, Life Sciences, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Marketing
  • Proven experience in Product Management within the Pharma industry in Switzerland or similar industry
  • Successful experiences in developing/implementing brand plans and in partnership management
  • Fluency in German both in oral and written conversation as well as good knowledge of French and English
  • Proficiency in all MS-Office applications
You hold good strategic marketing thinking skills, with a creative mind and a positive attitude. You like to analyze situations, develop new ideas and propose different strategies. Endowed with an entrepreneurial spirit and good communication skills, you know how to influence and manage different cross functional stakeholders. You define yourself as a solution-oriented and methodical person who drives novelty.
