The Business Unit Digital Sense (DS) takes ownership on the solution portfolio in weighing & dosing, packing & palletizing, and inline quality analyzers - fully integrated across all Bühler processes. We focus on increasing productivity, food safety, sustainability, and digitalization. In the following job opportunity we are searching the product manager responsible for the global solution portfolio in weighing & dosing. Tasks
  • Comprehensive development and management of the Weighing & Dosing solution portfolio (Equipment, Automation, Services including Digital) from the portfolio strategy definition and throughout the entire product life cycle
  • Providing market intelligence in terms of global market trends, competitors analysis, technologies, services, etc.
  • Continuous monitoring of product portfolio performance and competitiveness, including continuous streamlining of the current portfolio
  • Active management and mentoring of the Digital Sense Idea Management Process
  • Providing first-class and market driven marketing mixes for the entire Weighing & Dosing solution portfolio, including solid value propositions and storytellings for the sales forces
  • Providing first class product information on all internal and external touchpoints and channels, in close collaboration with Marketing, Life Cycle Management and other stakeholders
  • Providing customer centric training courses for all internal stakeholders and channel partners

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Process Technology, or Business Administration
  • Solid technical understanding (mechanical engineering, automation, digital, service), paired with proven knowledge in general business administration, sales, or marketing.
  • Good knowledge of business processes as well as profound capabilities in project management
  • Fluent in English in both writing and speaking
  • Strong capabilities in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Structured, analytical, and technically well-founded working method
  • Strong communicator and networker
