As part of Leonardo, Kopter currently develops the AW09, a next generation single-engine helicopter that offers the largest cabin and cargo hold in its category, increased modularity and modern electronic systems. The AW09 delivers latest safety standards as well as more performance and comfort at low operating costs.Kopter is set to become Leonardo’s Centre of Excellence for new light helicopters and an incubator of new technologies, contributing to the development of hybrid and electrical propulsion systems. Kopter’s 320 talented team members are primarily based in Switzerland, near Zurich and in Mollis (Canton of Glarus).Your Responsibilities– Analyze and control procurement budget for planning non-recurring cost vs actual achieved with the analysis on deviations– Prepare and monitor the evolution of baseline helicopter recurring cost for procured items in collaboration with various procurement teams in CH and Italy– Monitor and report recurring cost risks and opportunities of baseline helicopter– As a part of IPT coordinate ongoing activities on optional equipment development: requirements flow down, sourcing status, cost, risk, etc.– Support customer support team with the data base forming on procured items for after market– Contribute to development and maintenance of procurement plan of AW09Your Qualifications– Bachelor degree in Supply Chain/Procurement or Economics– 5 years of professional experience in Purchasing or Program management in an international and complex environment– Good knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP MM (Materials Management)– English minimum B2 verbal and written– German minimum A2 verbal and written an assetOur offerWe are offering an exciting job opportunity in an entrepreneurial environment with room to grow in every dimension.This is a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2023.Your next stepIf you are interested, please submit your complete application documents in English including the following attachments:– Cover letter– CV– Diplomas– Employment referencesPlease note, that this job is only open to candidates holding a valid Swiss Working Permit/ EU Nationals/ Swiss Nationals.Department of Shared Services located in CH-8620 WetzikonTo apply for this job please please complete the following form .
