PROJECT COORDINATOR INFORMATION PROTECTION

This position is based in our Headquarters in Prilly and is reporting to the Head of Information Handling and Data Protection.

ROLE

• Ensure protection of sensitive information (electronic and hard copy)
• Support in change management, training and communicating requirements to stakeholders at all levels and across functions
• Deliver trainings on the use of information protection tools as well as data protection and information governance
• Maintain the global network of key users to assure consistent practices worldwide
• Participate in Software Design, Process Design, Architecture Design to ensure Privacy-by-Design in SICPA solutions and internal projects
• Support in the other areas of Data Protection and Information handling as required

PROFILE

• Master’s level qualification ideally with options in Information Security or related fields
• IT knowledge or extended knowledge on data protection, privacy and information security for personal data as well as business data
• Ideally, ability to read contractual agreements and DPAs
• Intellectually agile, keen to learn with good writing and analytical skills
• Good organisational skills, able to prioritise and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Motivated and able to work autonomously and to deadline
• Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both English and French
